What is Everjoy?
Everjoy is a Manitoba-first marketplace for finding and booking venues and vendors: photographers, DJs, caterers, rentals and more, all in one place so you can plan with confidence.
Is Everjoy available outside Manitoba?
We're focused on Manitoba to start (Winnipeg, Brandon and nearby communities). As we onboard new partners we'll expand across Canada.
Do I need an account?
Browsing is open to everyone. A free account lets you save favourites, message vendors, request quotes and manage bookings.
Booking & payments
How do I compare quotes and book?
Open a listing and request a quote. You can message several vendors, compare responses and availability, then confirm the one that fits your date, style and budget.
How are payments handled?
Vendors set their own payment terms. Many take a deposit to secure your date with the balance due closer to the event. Always review the payment details on the quote before confirming.
What is the cancellation or reschedule policy?
Policies vary by vendor. Look for the policies section on each listing and in your quote. When in doubt, message the vendor before booking.
Vendors & venues
How do you verify vendors and venues?
We review business details, sample work and references where applicable. Client reviews help keep quality high, and you can report concerns from any listing page.
How can I check availability?
Request a quote from the listing and include your event date. Vendors reply with availability and hold options where they offer them.
Can I communicate off-platform?
You can, but keeping messages on Everjoy means details stay organised and you have a clear timeline of what was agreed.
